The Chalet Nordique offers you a stay in the midst of nature only 200 meters from Nordique Spa et Détente. Amenities provided include 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living room with a cathedral ceiling, and a recreation room with a pool table. The chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

Chalet Nordique reservation policy

  • Check-in from 4:00 p.m.; Check-out at noon.
  • The person making the reservation must be 21 or older and be present during the stay.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the reservation cost is requested at the time of reservation.
  • The balance of the reservation cost must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival.
  • No refund is provided in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival.
  • A safety deposit of $500 is required for each reservation. This amount must be available for authorization on your credit card at the time of arrival.
  • You must not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the chalet.
  • No animals or pets are allowed in the chalet.
  • No smoking is permitted in the chalet.

(1) Regular and holiday periods: Regular schedule and rates are valid all year from Friday to Sunday and every day during the following holidays and summer periods:

  • June 24th to Labour Day (September 2, 2013)
  • Canadian Thanksgiving (October 14, 2013)
  • Christmas period (from December 23, 2013 to January 9, 2014)
  • Spring Break (March 3 to March 7, 2014)
  • Easter Monday (April 21, 2014)

(2) Eco-Responsible Days: Schedule and rates are valid from Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays and summer periods.  According to our Green Commitment, for certain double facilities, one will be closed during the Eco-Responsible Days.

Conditions

Massage reservations are recommended, either online or by phone. No changes or refunds within 48 hours of your massage appointment time. No reservations are accepted for entrance to the spa. In order to maintain the quality of your experience, we have limited the number of people who can use the spa at once. A waiting period may therefore be necessary on busy days if the spa is already full at the time of your arrival and you do not have a massage appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Bathing suits and sandals must be worn at all times. We recommend that you also bring a robe during winter. These items are also available for sale or rent at the spa. Using the spa facilities may not be recommended for pregnant women or people with heart conditions, hypertension or hypotension, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses. Smoking is forbidden everywhere in the spa complex. Please do not bring your own food in the spa complex. Clients must be 18 years of age or older.
