Conditions
Massage reservations are recommended, either online or by phone. No changes or refunds within 48 hours of your massage appointment time. No reservations are accepted for entrance to the spa. In order to maintain the quality of your experience, we have limited the number of people who can use the spa at once. A waiting period may therefore be necessary on busy days if the spa is already full at the time of your arrival and you do not have a massage appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Bathing suits and sandals must be worn at all times. We recommend that you also bring a robe during winter. These items are also available for sale or rent at the spa. Using the spa facilities may not be recommended for pregnant women or people with heart conditions, hypertension or hypotension, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses. Smoking is forbidden everywhere in the spa complex. Please do not bring your own food in the spa complex. Clients must be 18 years of age or older.
