Conditions
- Summer period is between St. Jean Baptiste Day and Labour Day inclusive
- Holiday periods include:
- All statutory public holidays
- The week preceding Christmas, the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, and the week following New Year's Day
- The week of the Quebec school spring break
- Rates are per person, not including applicable taxes.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Spa admission includes a bottle of spring water and a rental of a lock and a towel.
- Bathing suits and sandals must be worn at all times. We recommend that you also bring a robe in wintertime. These items are also available for sale or rent at the spa.
- Using the spa facilities may not be recommended for pregnant women or those with heart conditions, hypertension or hypotension, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the spa complex.
- Please do not bring your own food in the spa complex.
- Clients must be 18 years of age or older.
- Massage reservations are recommended, either online or by phone.
- No changes or refunds within 48 hours of your massage appointment time.
- No reservations for entrance to the spa are accepted.
- In order to maintain the quality of your experience, we have limited the number of people who can use the spa at the same time. A waiting period may therefore be necessary on busy days if the spa is already full at the time of your arrival and you do not have a massage appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
